Our Boot Camp is a classic, straight-forward, no-frills Training Program designed to give you the kick start you need to elevate your mental and physical resilience.
This is an excellent foundation to have before starting any of our standard Strength & Conditioning Classes. Over the course of these 4 weeks, you will learn the basics of our Training Methods, including Tempo and practical Exercise variations.
- Fat Loss Nutrition Program
- Three tough Group Workouts per Week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am; Saturdays at 9am)
