Experience fitness in a new light. Our Group Fitness Training focuses on building individual strength in a dynamic, teamwork environment. We use barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and various other resistance implements, including your own body weight. To reduce the risk of injury, we enforce a strict practice of technique prior to overloading the resistance. Our Group Fitness programs are progressive and based on the evidence-based principles of strongman training, strength and conditioning, and sports performance.
