This workshop will teach you the proper mechanics to master two complex kettlebell exercises: The Clean & Jerk and The Snatch.
These exercises are typically associated with Olympic Weightlifting using a barbell, however you can also use a kettlebell to perform them and achieve great shoulder strength and explosiveness from the hips.
No matter your sport or activity, these are two strength exercises you should learn to master. The skills learned will crossover into increased endurance, speed, power, and improved range of motion.
